The Degree Explorer service offering provides access to an academic planning tool for students and an administrative tool to review a student’s academic history, degree requirements or use the planner to determine how future course choices might meet degree requirements.

ACORN – Student Information Interface

The ACORN Student Information Interface service offering provides an interface to ROSI and hub for everything the user needs to manage their student life – view their records, change personal information, enrol in courses and programs, request graduation, pay fees, order transcripts and make other transactions. Users can also access other applications such as a GPA calculator, a financial planner, grant application and a timetable builder.

Institutional Data Hub

The Institutional Data Hub service offering provides high quality data to support effective decision-making at University of Toronto.

HRIS Applicant Tracking

The HRIS Applicant Tracking service offering conveys access to electronically track staff and faculty recruitment through job postings, electronic job applications, applicant review and tracking of applicant progression.

SharePoint Administration

Sharepoint Online is a full-fledged document management system and an integral component of the Office 365 suite of services. Sharepoint Online facilitates secure document storage and may be used as a platform for document sharing and collaboration. Sharepoint Online is often used as the location of departmental shared storage. Sharepoint Online is not a directly accessible service. Because implementation requires significant configuration, there is a SharePoint Administration team that enables its use. The team assists in the design and configuration (including access control), implementation and support of Sharepoint Online sites.
