AMS / ROSI Printing
AMS and ACORN/ROSI have controlled printing capabilities in which only authorised printing devices may print reports from AMS or ROSI. Printers must be registered with the Digital Workplace group in order for printing to be enabled. If a personal or departmental printer is added in your unit, or if a department relocates to another building or network, the Digital Workplace team must be informed so as to properly configure the device.

OneDrive for Business is a component of the Office 365 suite that provides employees with 1 terabyte of storage space. Files may be accessed anywhere and anytime. With OneDrive, files may be shared with others for collaboration.

Degree Confirmation
The Degree Confirmation service offering provides access to a public facing fee for service application system to confirm conferral of a degree by University of Toronto to minimize credential fraud.
Curriculum Publisher
The Curriculum Publisher service offering conveys access to a customized content management system to produce curriculum publications (academic calendars, handbooks etc). May be fed by Curriculum Management service offering or other databases.
