The DW team provides IT services and support for its clients in-person or remotely. The DW environment is a secure environment, regularly patching software and devices, and providing real-time data replication for data preservation and business continuity. InfoTech

InfoTech is a listserv for IT@U of T staff. It is a vehicle for deliveriing timely information about applications and services. The InfoTech listserv is a space for questions, answers, and updates, and a disussion space for community members. Membership is restricted to active employees.

ACORN – Student Information Interface

The ACORN Student Information Interface service offering provides an interface to ROSI and hub for everything the user needs to manage their student life – view their records, change personal information, enrol in courses and programs, request graduation, pay fees, order transcripts and make other transactions. Users can also access other applications such as a GPA calculator, a financial planner, grant application and a timetable builder.

The Institutional Data Hub service offering provides high quality data to support effective decision-making at University of Toronto.

HRIS Applicant Tracking

The HRIS Applicant Tracking service offering conveys access to electronically track staff and faculty recruitment through job postings, electronic job applications, applicant review and tracking of applicant progression.

Microsoft Campus Agreement

The Microsoft Enrolment for Education (aka Campus Agreement) enables access to Office 365 and Microsoft software applications for use by employees and students. Software products such as Windows, Office for Windows, Office for OSX are available.
