Curriculum Management

Curriculum Management (CM) is an inventory of courses and programs at the University. CM has an integrated workflow tool allowing divisions to manage the submission, review and approval of course proposals.

Course Information System

The Course Information System service offering provides access to a tool (database and management application) for Exam management (requests, printing/production), record syllabus and marks breakdown, submit final exam for approval and printing.

ROSI – Student Information Repository

The (ROSI) Student Information Repository service offering conveys access to the primary student records system for University of Toronto (system of record for the student life cycle from application to graduation) providing administration of student personal information, resources, enrolment, awards, fees, admissions and graduation for all academic divisions.

My Research Online (MROL)

The My Research Online service offering provides access to Primary Investigator (PI) accounts to enable review of research applications, ethical reviews or research funds administered by University of Toronto.
Accounting information related to FIS research accounts is refreshed daily. Summary and detailed views of the information are available.

My Research Application (MR)

The My Research Application service captures an on-line research funding application for entry of information that is automatically routed to the appropriate internal approvers for review and endorsement.

UT Business Intelligence Reporting

The UT Business Intelligence Reporting service offering provides reporting from a central repository of information organized by subject area and sourced from the various enterprise-wide applications (ROSI, HRIS, FIS, Research and DIS) for analytical and reporting needs.

HRIS ROSI Interface

The HRIS ROSI Interface service offering conveys relevant HR data to the the Student Information System to better integrate the systems.

HRIS ServiceNow Interface

The HRIS ServiceNow Interface service offering conveys HR data to enable workflows in ServiceNow (e.g. only an employee can complete benefits related service requests)
